Cristina works in the SAS Global Technology Practice for Analytics, with a focus in supporting EMEA and beyond around Data Mining, Decision Management and Text Analytics. Her experience around these topics ranges across different industries as she started out as a biostatistician to move then more into the financial sector, particularly banking risk and marketing departments. Cristina is enthusiastic about discussing innovative topics and enjoys to share views with both customers and colleagues about how SAS analytics can improve and enhance the customer’s business processes. Cristina holds a Master’s Degree in Statistics, which she obtained “internationally” having spent part of her time in Spain and in the U.S., preparing her thesis as a visiting scholar at University of California, Berkeley. She speaks Italian, English and Spanish. She lives in Milan but likes to be a citizen of the world, and outside of the office she loves to travel, read and go shopping.
